“Anybody that you have in your life that maybe could be a support system, don’t be afraid to lean on. I know my mom, my partner, those are the people for me, and even my friends along the way, have really helped support me in upholding a pretty stressful position.”

Phallon’s final message in her video on World Mental Health Day was this:

“Anybody out there [watching], you’re doing amazing already as it is!”
